Dr. Tim Moore
DVM, CVSMT, FCoAC
Dr. Tim Moore is a 2023 graduate of the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Today his main veterinary focus is equine sports medicine and he founded Moore Equine to help equine athletes perform at their best.
Dr. Moore is certified in chiropractic by the Healing Oasis Wellness Center in Wisconsin and is a fellow of the College of Animal Chiropractors.
He is also Fear Free certified to make your horse's veterinary experience as stress-free as possible.
Just a few of the advanced therapies offered by Dr. Moore include chiropractic adjustments, mesotherapy, shockwave, and intra-articular injections.
Dr. Tim is always seeking to offer a broad spectrum of treatment options your horse. He will be adding acupuncture certification from the Chi Institute to his repertoire soon.
Beyond sports medicine, he has a passion for providing quality care for geriatric horses. And beyond horses, he has a giant soft spot for barn cats and dogs so you will often find his car surrounded by them as he is handing out treats!
When not attending to the veterinary needs of horses, you can find Dr. Tim working and riding on his motorcycles, working on vintage cars, heading to the gym, and finding time to head to the Adirondacks for some rest and relaxation.
